Via the Buddy website, employees select a coach who suits them. They can view profiles with specializations, availability, and region. This gives them control over their own development process.
Easy scheduling
Thanks to our simple scheduling tool, employees can plan sessions at times that work for them. Whether they choose online sessions or face-to-face meetings, everything is coordinated accordingly.
Get started right away
The first session is an intake where the employee’s needs and questions are discussed. Together with the coach, they determine the next steps: a short trajectory, multiple sessions, or a one-off conversation. This ensures a tailored approach, without unnecessary commitments.

Buddy guarantees complete confidentiality. What is discussed in the sessions remains between the employee and the coach.
